Finding 07 · High priority

The next action is unclear

Competing calls to action interrupt the journey and increase decision effort.

01Clarify the primary path

Recognise the signals

Something feels wrong.
The evidence is already there.

A UX Quick Audit turns warning signs into a shared explanation and a clear direction.

01

Users leave before completing a key journey

Traffic reaches the product, but people hesitate, abandon or fail to reach the intended outcome.

02

The team can see friction—but not its cause

Different stakeholders suggest different fixes, and the backlog grows without a shared diagnosis.

03

Support questions keep repeating

Users need help with actions that should feel clear, creating avoidable support and operational cost.

04

Important features are overlooked

Useful functionality exists, but people cannot discover it, understand it or use it confidently.

What the audit examines

From “something isn’t working” to here’s why.

We combine expert review with your product context and available evidence to diagnose the journey—not just list surface-level UI problems.

01

Critical journey review

We examine one important journey end-to-end and identify where clarity, momentum or confidence breaks down.

02

Heuristic evaluation

Navigation, content, forms, interaction patterns and feedback are checked against established usability principles.

03

Information architecture

We assess how information and actions are organised—and whether the structure supports real user intent.

04

Visual hierarchy review

We review emphasis, consistency, readability and whether the interface guides users toward the right decisions.

05

Impact and priority

Each finding is connected to likely user and business impact, then organised into a practical order of action.

06

Conceptual solution directions

You receive clear examples of how priority areas could improve, without prematurely committing to a full redesign.
